This parent and family survival guide is a go-to for all things related to band. The information is applicable to all groups and includes the following:
● Communication: Social media, the Remind app, and the band’s Google calendar.
● Budget, band dues, and scholarship information
● Band fundraisers and sponsorships
● Volunteering and band committees
● Upcoming events, summer band camp, and band meals

● Football, competition, and parade schedules for fall

Registration for 2026-2027
All band members must submit their registration form yearly, per WCS policy.

We have few was you can pay for your Dues, Fundraisers, Sponsorships & Donations.
Givebacks: Please click on the button or QR code to pay via Givebacks. There is an additional charge for credit card processing.
Check made out to Mt. Juliet Band Boosters: Please include your band member’s name in the memo and what the payment is for.
